Shipping Countries

Macondo currently ships to United States.
For US orders we offer 24-hour confirmation on orders placed before 1PM. Orders placed after 1PM will be confirmed within 48 hours. Shipment may vary by brand and product availability. Nonetheless, we guarantee your order will not arrive later than 25 days. 

Free Shipping

Macondo offers free shipping on orders totaling more than $250. Shipping on orders for lesser amounts costs $30 to destinations in the United States.

Insured Shipping

All orders are insured and require a signature. If a package is stolen from or lost by the courier service, we replace your order at no cost to you.

Tracking Orders

Macondo will provide the tracking number assigned by the courier service so that you can track your package.
